Para poder utilizar la marca de calidad Bigshopper, se comprueban varios aspectos de las empresas al adherirse. Esto significa que realizamos comprobaciones sobre el número de la Cámara de Comercio, si las empresas no están registradas en la policía y si pagan sus facturas correctamente.
Bigshopper sólo comprueba la calidad de la tienda web al inicio de la colaboración. No se comprueba ningún cambio en los servicios, la prestación de servicios o la transición a un propietario diferente. Tampoco podemos hacernos responsables de usos indebidos, como el uso incorrecto de logotipos por parte de tiendas web (fraudulentas). Por supuesto, nos tomamos muy en serio las denuncias y quejas que recibimos.
Por lo tanto, durante el acuerdo, Bigshopper no se hace responsable del deterioro del servicio prestado por la tienda. Si se reciben múltiples quejas de los consumidores sobre la tienda web, Bigshopper podrá decidir poner fin a la cooperación.
