It has a strong fragrance with vegetal notes of artichokes and chicory, enhanced with scents of almonds and black pepper. Elegant and enveloping flavour, with hints of lettuce, mint and rosemary. Bitter and spicy taste are well balanced. 2015 - Flos Olei - Azienda Quattrociocchi is awarded best farm of the year. It is perfect with beans, salmon carpaccio, spelt salads, risotto, grilled fish, vegetable soups, shellfishes and fresh cheeses.
