The Extra Virgin olive oil Delicato Quattrociocchi is a high quality extra virgin olive oil, italian 100%. It is obtained only from olives of Leccino variety of Quattrociocchi agricultural company in Alatri. It has a strong fragrance with vegetal notes of artichokes and chicory, enhanced with scents of almonds and black pepper. Elegant and enveloping flavour, with hints of lettuce, mint and rosemary. Bitter and spicy taste are well balanced. 2015 - Flos Olei - Azienda Quattrociocchi is awarded best farm of the year. It is perfect with beans, salmon carpaccio, spelt salads, risotto, grilled fish, vegetable soups, shellfishes and fresh cheeses.
