L-Mesitran Soft is very suitable for the treatment of (contaminated) chronic and/or acute wounds. In addition, it is also very suitable for the treatment of 1st and 2nd degree burns. The wound gel will debride deep or superficial wounds and reduce bacterial colonization. A thin layer of the wound gel, combined with a dressing change once daily or once every two days, is sufficient for optimal effect. This wound gel does not adhere to the wound.  L-Mesitran Soft wound gel contains 40% Medical Grade Honey and is a mild form of L-Mestiran Ointment (48% Medical Grade Honey). As a result, Soft wound gel is less irritating in the wound and is also great for filling deeper wounds.  This product contains 10 sachets a 0.9g.
